As founder and president of PRC, Joseph Bagby has been responsible for over $1 billion dollars in sale-leaseback and corporate real estate financing working with over hundreds
Bagby is the founder of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, now CORENET, the premier organization representing the multi-trillion dollar corporate real estate industry. NACORE has a membership of more than 3,300 corporate decision-makers in the United States, Canada and Northern Europe. Bagby served as president of NACORE for 19 years and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for over 30 years.
Bagby entered the field of corporate real estate in 1961 as the director of real estate for the first management team of the Burger King Corporation. He is the co-author of The Real Estate Dictionary, The Real Estate Financing Desk Book (Prentice Hall) and helped develop and write much of the early educational material for the corporate real estate industry in America. |

Martha Bagby, Chairman
Martha founded PRC with her husband in 1970. She manages the company’s investment and real-estate operations, overseeing properties in more than 40 states.
She is a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (now CORENET), where she was also Vice President of Public Relations for twenty years. Martha was head of pubic relations at National Airlines, a former journalist at The Miami Herald and Palm Beach Daily News, and is the co-author The Real Estate Dictionary, The Real Estate Financing Desk Book (Prentice Hall). |

Meredith Bagby, Vice President and General Counsel
Meredith Bagby began her career as a financial analyst for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company in mergers and acquisitions. She was an on-camera reporter for CNN’s financial network and is the author of The Annual Report of the USA (McGraw Hill), a yearly financial, political, and social account of the state of the nation modeled after a corporation’s annual report.
Speaking on business, the economy, and politics, Bagby has made numerous television appearances including: CNN’s Larry King Live, NBC’s Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, and ABC’s Good Morning America. She has testified before the Senate Finance Committee, the Medicare Commission, and the Senate Banking Committee on economic issues facing Americans.
Her education includes Harvard College and Columbia Law School. |
